Some vendors pay us to be included on Queue Bench. That payment never affects the rankings or the review itself.
What vendors pay for
Vendors can pay for a Get Listed package. This gives them a vendor profile page and inclusion in the benchmark programme. It does not change how they are ranked. Rankings are determined entirely by publicly observable data run through a fixed methodology.
What vendors cannot buy
- A higher rank
- Removal of published data that shows a gap
- Changes to our methodology
- Omission of a “Not published” status if pricing is not on a public page
Benchmark independence
All benchmark results derive from publicly accessible sources. If a vendor’s pricing is not on a public page, the result is “Not published” regardless of commercial relationship.
